The basics

What we do
Olive Branch Capital is a lending brokerage. We help match you with lenders and underwriters for personal, auto, mortgage, manufactured home, trailer and business financing. We are not the lender on every loan, and submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Final approval, rates and terms come from the lending partner and depend on their review.
Your responsibilities
When you apply, you agree to give us accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. Giving false information can delay or cancel your application. You also agree to use our site for lawful purposes only and not to interfere with how it works.
Applications and approvals
Starting an application does not affect your credit score. If you move forward, a lender may run a full credit check, which they will tell you about first. Any loan offer you receive is subject to the lender terms, and it is up to you to review them before you accept.
Communications
By sharing your phone number and email, you agree that we can contact you about your application by call, text and email. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep our information accurate and our site available, but we provide everything on an as is basis. We cannot promise specific loan outcomes, rates or timelines, since those depend on lenders and your individual situation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Olive Branch Capital is not liable for indirect or incidental damages that come from using our site or services. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under the law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a fresh date. Continuing to use our site after that means you accept the updated terms.
